A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good to know.

How does a candle warmer work?

A warming bulb heats the surface of the candle wax. As it melts, the fragrance is released without lighting the wick. Place a compatible jar candle beneath the lamp and follow the supplied instructions.

Can I use my favorite candle?

Choose a jar candle that fits securely beneath the shade, with enough clearance from the bulb. Compatibility depends on the jar size and this lamp's dimensions. Contact us if you want help checking a particular candle before ordering.

Where should I place it?

A bedside table, console or reading corner is a lovely place to start. Use a stable, heat-resistant surface with space around the lamp, away from water and flammable materials. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

How do I care for my warmer?

Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Let the bulb, lamp and wax cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth and follow the care and bulb replacement instructions supplied with your model.

What should I check before ordering?

Check the selected model and finish, candle clearance, plug and voltage compatibility, and the contents of the order. If you need a detail confirmed, contact us before purchasing.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped from China to the USA and Australia. Estimated arrival: 8–12 business days from ordering, including 1–2 business days processing and 7–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Tracking details are sent by email. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping policy.
