How does it work?

The warming bulb heats the wax surface of a compatible jar candle to release fragrance. Keep the candle wick unlit.

Will my candle fit?

Check base dimensions and clearance below the bulb for the selected model. Contact us with your jar measurements if you need help. Styled candles are not automatically included.

Does every model have a timer or dimmer?

Only rely on a feature explicitly listed for your selected model. Confirm plug, voltage, bulb requirements and included components before purchase.

How should I use and clean it?

Use on a stable heat-resistant surface away from water and flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Switch off after use. Unplug and let all parts and the wax cool before cleaning or moving. Follow the supplied care instructions.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped from China to the United States and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated arrival is 8–12 business days from ordering, including processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
