Shipping origin and destinations

LumaWarmer is operated by Novaxia LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. Orders are shipped from China. The registered company address is not our dispatch or return location.

Processing and delivery — USA & Australia

Orders are shipped from China to the United States and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated arrival is 8–12 business days from ordering, including processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.

Standard shipping to the United States and Australia is free, with no minimum order value. Available shipping services are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, holidays, weather or carrier disruptions. Contact warmerluma@gmail.com if your order is late, damaged or missing.

Delivery addresses

Provide a complete address and a working email. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us before ordering. Address corrections may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Dispatch delays and delivery problems

If dispatch is delayed, we will explain the revised estimate, seek any consent required to continue and explain cancellation or refund options. Report missing, damaged or disputed deliveries with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. We do not rely on tracking alone to dismiss a disputed delivery. Applicable consumer remedies remain available.
